分泌 secretion 细胞从血液或其他细胞外液中摄取原料,在细胞内合成某些物质并将其释放出细胞的过程。分泌方式可分为两大类:①分泌物经导管排入与外界相通的体腔内或体表叫外分泌 ,如唾液腺将唾液排入口腔,胃腺将胃液排入胃腔以及汗腺将汗液排至皮肤表面等。②细胞将其分泌物仅释放到血液或细胞外液叫内分泌,各内分泌腺分泌激素入血液就是内分泌 。细胞释放的分泌物,有些在体内发挥生理作用(如消化液消化食物,激素起体液调节某些组织器官活动的作用),另一些分泌物则作为代谢产物或体内多余的物质而排出体外(如汗液中的水分、无机盐、尿素等)。分泌是细胞主动作功的耗能过程,细胞内的一些微细结构都直接或间接地参与这种活动。 |
