In this work, the tissue regeneration polarity and process of three species of Laurencia complex ( Laurencia okamurai, Laurencia tristicha, Chondrophycus undulatus ) were investigated under laboratory condition.
本课题以三种凹顶藻:冈村凹顶藻(Laurencia okamurai),三列凹顶藻(Laurencia tristicha),波状软骨凹顶藻(Chondrophycus undulatus)为实验材料,用藻体切段培养的方法研究了三种凹顶藻类藻体切段再生芽的形成及其再生过程中的极性。

| 冈村宁次（1884～1966） Okamura Yasuji 日本陆军上将，侵华战争的主要战犯之一。1925～1927年任中国北洋军阀孙传芳的军事顾问。1928年任日本陆军步兵第6团团长，是济南惨案的元凶。1932年任侵华日军上海派遣军副参谋长，参与制造上海一二八事变。同年调任关东军副参谋长。翌年同国民党当局签订《塘沽协定》。1935年后历任陆军第十一集团军司令、军事参议官等职。1941～1945年8月历任华北方面军司令、第六方面军司令、中国派遣军总司令等职。在中国推行惨绝人寰的烧光、杀光、抢光的“烬灭扫荡”政策，对中国人民犯有极其严重的罪行。1945年日本投降后，充当中国国民党政府高级军事顾问。1949年1月被释放回国。翌年被聘为台湾国民党中央常务委员会军事实践研究院高级教官。1955年6月任日本旧军人组织“战友联盟”副会长，后改任“乡友联盟”会长、名誉会长。1966年死于东京。 |
