性质:在求蒸发器的总传热系数时,若温度差采用与加热室和蒸发室内蒸气压力相对应的各自的饱和温度之差,则称为表观温度差。计算时加热室的是饱和蒸气,温度取与其压力相对应的饱和温度是适合的。但把与蒸发室压力相对应的饱和温度作为溶液的平均沸腾温度则不完全合理。这是由于溶质的存在引起饱和蒸气压的降低以及管内液柱的静压力,都会导致沸点的上升。在目前的蒸发计算中,除了不得已的场合外,不采用表观温度差。
