      猪带绦虫寄生于人体小肠而引起的疾病。临床症状与牛带绦虫病相似。本病分布甚广,除伊斯兰国家或地区外,几乎呈世界性分布。中非、南非、南美、南亚一些发展中国家发病率较高。中国的东北、华北比较多见,西南、华东、华南等地也常有发生。
  
  猪带绦虫 (Taeniɑ solium)又名猪肉绦虫、有钩绦虫或链状带绦虫。属绦虫纲圆叶目,带绦虫科,带绦虫属。成虫外形与牛带绦虫近似,但较小,节片较薄。虫体长2~4m,有700~1000节,头节近似球?危本?1mm,有4个吸盘,顶端有顶突,上有两圈角质小钩。孕节较窄长,子宫分枝较牛带绦虫为少,每侧约7~13枝。子宫内含大量虫卵,其外形似牛带绦虫卵。孕节单独或数节相连地自链体脱落,随粪便排出寄主体外,其活动力较牛带绦虫弱。排出的节片或虫卵若被中间寄主吞食,1~3天后,六钩蚴在十二指肠内孵出,穿过肠壁随血流到全身各部(特别是肌肉),约经10周发育为囊尾蚴。囊尾蚴在寄主体内平均可活3~5年,个别达10年以上。含囊尾蚴的猪肉(又称米猪肉、豆猪肉或米糁肉)被人食入,到达小肠后在胆汁作用下囊尾蚴的头节翻出,并用吸盘及小钩牢固地吸附在肠壁上,逐渐发育成熟。从吞食囊尾蚴至寄主粪便中排出节片约需2~3个月。人是猪带绦虫唯一的终寄主。中间寄主主要是猪和野猪,狗、羊及长臂猿等也可有囊尾蚴寄生;人也可成为本虫的中间寄主。
  
  本病的临床表现似牛带绦虫病,但因本虫头节上具顶突及小钩,对肠粘膜损伤较重。常无症状,仅于粪便中发现节片时方知患病。部分患者表现上腹隐痛、腹泻、食欲减退或增加等。约40~50%猪带绦虫病患者合并猪囊尾蚴病。诊断主要依据粪便中查到节片或虫卵。驱虫药物同牛带绦虫(槟榔、灭绦灵、硫双二氯酚、吡喹酮等),但本虫对药物更敏感而易驱除。服用无缓泻作用的驱虫药如灭绦灵等时,应同时服用泻药(硫酸镁),以免虫卵在寄主肠内大量释出、逆流至胃引起自身感染。预防同牛带绦虫病,如加强对粪便及猪的管理,不食不熟的猪肉,加强肉类检疫等。
