   (山石榴、大金香炉、豹牙兰) 
   形态特征:野牡丹科野牡丹属直立灌木植物，高0.5-1.5米。枝条有伏贴或稍伏贴的鳞片状毛。叶对生，宽卵形，长4-10厘米，宽3-6厘米，基部浅心形，两面有毛，主脉5-7条。伞房花序，花两性，1-5朵聚生于枝顶，粉红色 花瓣5，长可达3厘米。果实稍肉质，不开裂，长约1-1.5厘米，密生伏贴的鳞片状毛。种子多数，弯曲。
    生境分布:生于空旷山坡上。分布于广西、广东、福建、台湾及江南大部分省区。
    用途:全株入药，有解毒消肿、收敛止血之效。
