对闽南沿海山地火力楠马尾松混交林种间关系动态变化规律的研究结果表明 :混交林在 1~ 3年生时 ,幼林个体占据各自营养空间 ,种间竞争尚未形成 ,至 4~ 5年生时 ,林分开始郁闭 ,种间关系较为协调 ,充分发挥了伴生树种的辅佐功能 ,明显地改善了林分小气候特征 ,促进混交林的生长 ,种间关系处于相对稳定状态 ;6~ 10年生间 ,混交林的种间关系处于竞争初期 ,但此时种间竞争并不十分激烈 ,主要矛盾为伴生树种的种内竞争 ;混交林约在 10年生后 ,种间关系矛盾日趋加剧并进入竞争盛期 ,在竞争中 ,火力楠生长迅速 ,而马尾松明显受抑而逐渐枯死被淘汰 ,通过种群间的自行调节 ,最终群落的竞争关系趋于缓解。
