The samples were collected continuously and regularly to natural infected sheep of psoroptes ovis from later spring and early summer,including sick sheep,fecal samples from the sheepyard and the living environment,soil samples,the caducous wool and so on,which were observed pathogen by the microscopic examination.
结果显示:绵羊痒螨在夏季存在潜伏期,其潜伏过程与温度的高低密切相关,绵羊痒螨夏季在平均气温20℃左右时开始进入潜伏期,大量螨虫死亡,痒螨寄生数量急剧减少,仅有少量带卵雌螨存活下来,到9月中旬气温下降,雌螨所产卵开始发育,10月上旬又形成痒螨寄生、繁殖的新高峰。

| 痒螨 Psoroptidae；scab mite 蜱螨亚纲真螨目痒螨科的通称。分布全世界，中国以牧区多见。 虫体长0.5～0.8毫米，长椭圆形，灰白或淡黄色，颚体较疥螨长，尖圆锥形。螯肢细长，钳状，末端有齿，适于刺破皮肤。躯体表面有细皮纹，并具有后背板。生活史需经卵、幼虫、若虫和成虫期的发育。可以世代相继的生活于同一宿主体上。痒螨对外界各种不利因素的抵抗力较强。痒螨为永久性体外寄生虫，可寄生于多种哺乳动物体上，其中以寄生于绵羊、牛、马、兔体上的痒螨最常见，次为水牛和山羊等各类家畜。此外尚可寄生于麋、猴、猩猩、熊猫、贫齿类和有袋类野生动物体上。寄生时以口器刺吸组织液和炎性渗出物，引起畜疥癣，病畜表现为剧痒、皮肤增厚和皲裂、脱毛、消瘦等，严重时可导致死亡。 |
