小麦旗叶衰老过程中，光合速率降低，可溶性蛋白含量先缓慢后迅速降低，丙二醛（ＭＤＡ）含量缓升之后再迅速升高，过氧化物酶（ＰＯＤ）活性变化为先升高再降低。
