对从普通小麦克旱9号与六倍体小偃麦杂交后代(F5)中选育的05-9-2和7-24进行了形态学和细胞学鉴定,结果表明:两材料结实性好,籽粒饱满,株型紧凑,生长旺盛且茎秆弹性好;根尖细胞染色体数目均为2n=42,花粉母细胞减数分裂中期Ⅰ(PMC MⅠ)均具有一定数量的的单价体,普遍存在多个棒状二价体;后期Ⅰ、后期Ⅱ和四分体时期出现少量的落后染色体、染色体桥和微核等现象。

通过创制异源代换系引入外源优良基因,采用六倍体小偃麦与普通小麦杂交,对F5代6个株系进行了根尖细胞染色体的初步鉴定,结果表明,9—1、9—2、9—5、9—6,4个株系染色体数目为42条,9—4、9—8两个株系染色体数目为41条。
