Using ketone powder,urine analysis strip,milk analysis strip,kit detected the ketone concentration in milk and serum of dairy cows respectively,serum β-hydroxybutyrate 1200μmol/L as the threshold for normal cows and subclinical ketosis.
采用酮粉法、尿液分析试纸条、乳汁分析试纸条、试剂盒法分别对乳酮、尿酮和血酮含量进行检测,以血清β-羟丁酸含量1200μmol/L作为健康奶牛和亚临床酮病奶牛的诊断标准。

In order to understand the plasma leptin levels and its dynamic change characteristics in dairy cows with subclinical ketosis,fifteen dairy cows around calving were randomly chosen and the plasama concentrations of leptin and ketone bodies were determined dynamically,the cows were divided into 2 groups e.
为了解亚临床酮病奶牛的血浆瘦素水平及其动态变化特点,本试验选择15头荷斯坦奶牛对分娩前后的血浆leptin和酮体水平进行动态分析,根据酮体水平检测结果将被检牛分到酮病组和非酮病组进行回朔性分析,检查酮病牛血浆酮体和瘦素水平的变化特点。
