According to NC-Ⅱ genetic mating design,the combining ability and heritability of eight ear traits of six maize inbred lines introduced were analysised.
选用6个引进的玉米自交系,按照NCⅡ遗传交配设计配制了9个杂交组合(3×3),研究了8个穗部性状的配合力和遗传力。

300 SSR primers, which were well-proportioned on chromosomes of maize, were selected to construct the linkage map and identify the QTLs of the flat ear top and other related ear traits.
本研究利用具有穗尖扁平性状的自交系092与穗尖正常表型的自交系交51配制杂交组合构建的F_2群体,同时选用了在玉米染色体上均匀分布的300对SSR引物进行多态性筛选、连锁图谱构建以及穗尖扁平性状及其它相关的穗部性状的QTL定位与分析。
