【原料】

鲜鱿400克,洋葱1个(切丝),西芹1根(切丝),甘笋60克(切丝),新鲜冬菇4只(切丝),白酒4汤匙(可以上汤替代)。调味料:李锦记蒜蓉辣椒酱2汤匙,盐1/2茶匙,胡椒粉少许。

【制作过程】

1. 鱿鱼洗净横切成圈状,用沸水过灼1分钟后以冷水冲至冷却,沥干。2. 于瓦煲内烧热2汤匙油,爆香调味料,放入洋葱及甘笋炒1分钟。 3. 再加西芹,冬菇丝及鱿鱼拌匀,浇酒,加盖煮3分钟至熟。
