Based on the practice,the authors discuss using CBERS-02 image data to acquire some information such as ecological environment status by means of remote sensing and GIS,and the ecological change situation from 2000 to 2004 in Sichuan province,especially land use / coverage survey.
论文认为,应用3S技术,尤其是应用多时相遥感技术进行生态环境本底调查,可达到快速、高精度动态监测的目的,为四川省生态环境建设提供科学的依据,同时也证实CBERS-02图像在生态遥感动态监测与评价中的实用性。

This article took Huaibei City of Anhui Province as the main research region,using on September 14,2000 the TM image and on April 8,2007 the Chinese-Pakistani resources satellite(CBERS-02)the CCD data as the data pool,the main city TM image size was 239×338,the CBERS image size was 367×519.

In order to study the feasibility of CCD multispectral data of CBERS-02 satellite and expand the geographic information of RS image sources,this paper,exemplified by CCD multispectral data of the CBERS-02 image,carried out some experiments on two kinds of rectification models and the influence of three different kinds of correction control materials on precision appraisal.
为了研究中巴地球资源卫星CCD多光谱数据规模化应用的可行性,扩大基础地理信息更新的影像资料来源,以CBERS-02星(简称02星)CCD多光谱数据的标准景为例,对2种几何纠正模型进行了对比研究,分析了3种不同基础控制资料对纠正精度的影响,并对精度评价方法进行了试验。
