M_3 dwarf mutants derived from both mixed particle field(CR) and γ-rays irradiation in winter wheat varieties ZY9 and ZH7 were used to compare the DNA molecular differences of two induced mutagenesis by SSR polymorphism analysis.
为了研究高能混合粒子场(CR)和γ射线两种不同处理方法诱变小麦产生的具有相同表型的突变体之间的分子差异,选用随机分布于小麦21对染色体上的114对微卫星(SSR)引物,对CR和γ射线处理冬小麦品种ZY9和ZH7获得的矮杆突变体M3代进行SSR分析。
