The growth performance of 5 strains (O3, O5, O6, O7, O8) of plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR), which were isolated from oat in alpine region, was studied under different temperature, pH value, salt concentration (NaCl) and light intensity through acetylene reduction activation (ARA) and colorimeter methods.
