方名。出明·岳甫嘉《妙一斋医学正印种子编·上卷·男科》。功效：温肾壮阳，健脾养血。主治：男子先天肾阳不足，命火式微，或房事太过，耗伐肾气，致令阳衰精薄，脾虚血少，久无子嗣者。 药物组成：当归(酒洗)2两，山茱萸(去核)4两，补骨脂 (盐酒浸)炒3两，天门冬(去心)2两，麦门冬(去心)3两，生地(酒洗)3两，人参2两，枸杞子(真甘州者佳)3两，菟丝子(酒煮，炒)4两，熟 地 (如法制捣烂)3两，山药3两，覆盆子(酒蒸)3两，五味子1两，巴戟(去心，酒浸)2两，川牛膝(盐酒炒)2两，川黄柏(盐酒蜜3制炒)1两5钱 ，白茯苓2两，锁阳(酒洗酥炙)2两，白术 (土炒)2两，陈皮1两，杜仲(去皮盐酒炒，去丝)2两5钱，肉桂(童便制)5钱。用法：上药共为末，紫河车一具，水洗净，挑去筋膜，挤去紫血，用米泔漂数次，仍以酒洗过，盛瓷瓶内酒一小杯 ，封口，重汤煮烂捣如泥。入前药末，共捣炼蜜丸桐子大，每服百丸，空心温酒或盐汤下。
