The endosperm cells of 20 materials of Hystrix,Leymus,Psathyrostachys,Pseudoroegneria,Elymus and Lophopyrum in Triticeae were surveyed in this paper.
对小麦族猬草属、赖草属、新麦草属、拟鹅观草属、披碱草属和Lophopyrum共6属20份材料的胚乳细胞特征进行解剖观察,发现不同属种植物种子胚乳细胞存在丰富的多样性,不同物种的胚乳细胞在大小、形状和数量上均表现出差异,但不能很好地反映种以上的组、属以及基因组间的差异。
