性质:用于进行硝化反应的反应器。通常采用带搅拌的釜式反应器,由釜体、搅拌器、传动装置、夹套或蛇管(如果需要加热或冷却)等组成。一般为间歇操作,物料由上部加入釜内,在搅拌器的作用下迅速地混合并进行硝化反应。如果需要加热,可在夹套或蛇管内通入蒸汽,如果需要冷却,可通入冷却水或冷冻剂。
