The contractile indexes of the double layer cultured artificial skin were detected everyday, the synthesis ability of DNA was evaluated by ~3H-TdR incorporation method and the synthesis ability of collagen protein was evaluated by ~3H-proline method.

In this paper,the method calculating the critical cracking temperature is analyzed, which comprises the fitting model to stiffness modulus master curve of asphalt, and the effects of cooling rate and contraction coefficient on the result of the critical cracking temperature.

Based on the fundamental theory of hydrodynamics, the flow characteristics at the junction of the pressurized pipe with rectangular cross section were fully investigated, and general analytic expressions for both contraction coefficient and local energy loss were worked out.

Based upon the experimental investigation and theoretical analysis, the shape and size of the separation zone are studied, and the formulations for both contraction coefficient and energy loss coefficients are presente.
