  〗【单光子发射体计算机断层照相机】(single photon emission computed tomograply,SPECT)即旋转型γ照相机,由γ闪烁探测器围绕躯体作180°或360°自动旋转,对体内的γ光子进行多角度的探测,众多的信息由计算机采集,利用特殊软件和快速阵列处理机重建各种断层像。当探测器不旋转时,该机亦可做一般γ照相机使用。
