性质:俗称波登管压力计,是弹性压力计的一种类型,其感测元件为弹簧管,分单圈弹簧管和多圈弹簧管两种。单圈弹簧管:管子一端固定在仪表壳上,另一端封闭,可以自由移动。当弯管内接通被测压力后,管子发生变形。其自由端则产生位移,位移的大小与被测压力成比例。当发生位移时,通过连杆及齿轮等传动机构带动指针指出被测压力的大小。多圈弹簧管:弹簧管下端固定在仪表壳上,上端与转轴连接,接通压力后,弹簧管变形使转轴旋转,其旋转角度与被测压力大小成比例,指出被测压力的大小。与膜片、膜盒压力表相比,具有精度高,测量范围宽(高、中、低压均能测量),比例极限高等优点。测量对铜和钢及其合金不起腐蚀作用的液体、气体和蒸汽的压力或真空度。
