a料:乾豆皮,面粉,豆包二片,香菇5朵,金菇4两,红萝卜2两。 b料:玉桂粉,五香胡椒粉,香油,素蚝油, c料:味素,盐,糖。 d料:味素,盐,糖,沙拉油。
制法: 材料均切丝。
(1)香菇泡软洗净切丝爆香,豆包先用中温油炸成金黄色后切丝备用。
(2)锅热倒入两匙油加材料b再顺序倒入材料a及作法1)加材料c拌匀置凉后再用豆皮包成条状后用牙签固定备用。
(3)将面粉加适量水加材料d拌匀用中温油把作法2)的成品沾夹作法3)炸成黄色即可。
