To solve the problems of cut tobacco higher breakage rate in the process of pneumatic feeding and the loss of perfume composition,the wind compensation devices for pneumatic feeding of cut tobacco were added in the feeding machines pipes,to ensure the wind in all pipes with the same speed,so the rate of loose end cigarette was reduced,and the cigarette quality was improved.
为了解决风力送丝过程中烟丝的造碎率高以及水分、香精香料损失的问题,采用机电结合,在风力送丝系统的送丝管道上增加风力补偿装置,从而保证了送丝过程中各台机组风速平稳一致,使烟支空头率得到降低,提高了卷烟质量。

In the pneumatic conveyer system of cut tobacco in the cigarette making plant, the pressure of air stream fluctuates with continuous variation of the resistance of the pipeline.
在卷烟厂气力送丝系统中 ,由于管道阻力不断变化引起的输送气流压力波动 ,采用传统的PID控制方法难以获得满意的效果。
