汉江 长江最大支流。又称汉水。源出中国陕西省西南部的宁强县附近。上游叫沔水,又称沮水。流至汉中市后称汉江,到城固县以东,汇源于秦岭主峰太白山的湑水,东流进入湖北以后,在丹江口市以东接纳丹江,在襄樊市又承唐白河诸水。襄樊市以后,折向南,过钟祥市,进入江汉平原,在潜江以北改向东流,最后在武汉市入长江。流域面积15.9万平方千米,河长1577千米。湖北省襄樊市以下又称襄河。从发源直到陕、鄂交界,汉江穿行在北面的秦岭和南面的米仓山及大巴山之间,经汉中盆地,水量丰富。进入江汉平原以下,河道坡度减小,流速骤减,水道曲折,辗转于星罗棋布的湖泊之间,构成一片水乡泽国。水力蕴藏量在1万千瓦以上的支流有154条。汉江年径流总量539亿立方米。在长江支流中,是洪水灾害最严重的一条。1935年一次大水,曾经淹死沿河12万居民。中华人民共和国建立后,建有丹江口水利枢纽工程、汉北大型排涝工程和下游杜家台分洪工程,基本消除水、旱灾害,并发展了发电、灌溉与航运事业。 |
