应用：
应用于果汁，果浆等流体食品，物料在套管式热交换器中进行高温杀菌处理。该系列含有套管式杀菌机和列管杀菌机两种。
工作原理：
杀菌机是通过在高压下用循环热水30分钟来实现灭菌的，除菌后，系统逐步被降至生产温度，就可以进入生产阶段。
产品在经过前期处理后，进入杀菌机物料罐，输送泵将产品送入套管热交换单元进行预热。
最后在管式热交换器中进行加热，产品须在保温管中保温一定的要求时间以取得预定的杀菌效果。
产品在波纹管中利用热回收方式冷却至包装温度。
每个生产周期结束后，都要用碱液或酸对系统进行清洗。

由物桶、套管式换热器、无级变速输送泵、保持器、密闭水桶、热水发生器、控制柜等组成。
采用镜面焊接技术，保持管道连接平滑，减少物料残留。
