In order to resolve the problems of plastic formation and accuracy control of blank,the warm cold compound forming process(preliminary shaping-backward extrusion forming-cold extrusion sizing) and the forming theory of "guiding flow in axial direction ","push extrusion forming " were adopted based on the study on the theory and experiment and the corresponding dies were developed.
为了解决毛坯塑性成形和精度控制的问题,通过理论和试验研究,提出温冷复合成形的工艺(预成形-反挤成形-冷挤整形)和"轴向导流"、"推挤成形"的成形原理,并研制了相应的模具;解决了毛坯塑性成形、精度控制的难点和试验中出现的氧化、内孔局部收缩等问题。
