We get the basic parameters of recognition through initialization of users, and get the region of gesture of user through video tracking, and then in this region we get characters using moment-describe and multi-scale model.

In this paper,Qian′an Group Lakes are taken as the study objects,and lake objects of two periods are obtained by the segmentation of TM images in 1989 and 2001,then shape character vectors of each object are extracted using geometric invariance Radon descriptor.
