gaotiduei guol口qi高梯度磁过滤器(high一gradient magneti。fi-lter)依靠高梯度磁场产生的磁力分离磁性污染物微粒的废水处理设备。1968年由科姆(H.H.Kolm)研制成功。磁力与磁场强度和磁场梯度的乘积成正比。磁场强度由通直流电的线圈产生,磁力线经软铁材料形成闭合环路。磁力线通过纤细的导磁介质时,由于磁力线的急剧收缩和发散,在介质附近形成巨大的磁场梯度,由此产生了很强的磁力,将细小的磁性微粒吸附在介质表面。高梯度磁过滤器由产生磁场强度的直流线圈及导磁部件〔磁极和扼铁)、产生高磁场梯度的钢毛、通水容器三部分组成(见图)。钢毛装于通水容器内,用以截留水中的磁性微粒。待吸附物很多时,切断电源,进行反冲洗。冶金废水中的细小铁粒,最易磁力分离。例如处理高炉煤气洗涤水时,磁场强度为。.5或1.oT,过滤速度为1.3或3.4m/min时,悬浮固体的去除率均能达到99%或更高。处理转炉洗尘废水时,在0.3T和3.3m/min的运行条件下,悬浮固体浓度由400mg/L降至IOmg/L。处理连铸废水时,在0.1一0.
