This paper elaborates an analytical method of the model test results and the relevant power performance prediction method of submarines with consideration of the tangential wake.
本文在研究二向度实效伴流理论的基础上,建立了新的潜艇快速性模型试验分析方法,将该方法系统地应用于各类潜艇快速性模型试验分析,结果表明它适用于所有单轴潜艇快速性模型试验分析,特别是尾部有较强旋转流动的情形;本文还基于二向度方法,并引入摩擦形状因子的概念,提出了新的潜艇快速性预报方法,结果表明,新方法的最终预报结果与传统方法相同,但推进效率的分量不同。

On the basis of air quality research for the last five years in the city of Changsha,two air quality statistical forecasting methods were presented in details in this paper,and verification of the two methods was conducted for more than one year.
为探索新的空气质量预报方法,提高预报准确率,采用统计和对比方法,分析了长沙市空气质量现状,介绍了天气形势相似及动态逐步回归两种空气质量统计预报方法,并对其一年多的运行结果进行了检验和对比。
