期望误差
anticipation error
期望误差(antieipation error)用最小变化法测定闽限时，被试往往会期望刺激强度的变化早些达到阐限水平所产生的判断上的误差。例如用递增法呈现刺激时，如果被试期望阂限水平早些到来，这样当刺激强度还没有达到闭限水平，就报告感觉到了。因此，提前报告的阂限值就会小于实际的闽限值。用递减法呈现刺激时，如果被试期望阂限水平早点达到，这样刺激强度还没减到闽限水平时，就报告感觉不到了。因此，提前报告的阐限值就会大于实际的闽限值。在实验中是否存在着期望误差，只要用递减法测得的闽限值大于用递增法测得的闽限值，且经t检验，其差别显著，就可判定被试在实验中存在着期望误差。 (金志成撰林仲赞审)
