斜楔滑块装置(图1)的主要作用是把压力机的垂直向下运动,通过斜楔驱动器使装在模具上的滑块产生水平方向的运动,形成级进模的浮动抽芯部件、横向冲孔部件、弯曲成形部件,或冲件出件部件。

斜楔驱动器的驱动角一般是与垂线成40°~50°。
单动式斜楔驱动滑块,由弹簧使滑块复位。其缺点是弹簧失效,会造成机构失灵。
双动式斜楔一般用于冲件成形后,凸凹模之间具有一定的卡住力及要求滑块往返位置正确的模具。缺点是斜楔较长。
