疳蚀 病证名。出《备急千金要方》。指疳疾遍身生疮。由于患疳疾体虚，忽感风寒外邪，气血凝滞，皮肤不得疏泄所致。治宜健脾祛邪，内服人参败毒散，继服肥儿丸；外用蚕茧、明矾（火煅）、密陀僧、白芷，共研末，蜜调敷。
