In view of the fact that the availability of well water and the electric energy comprehensive utilization rate are low in surface irrigation under low pressure pipeline of water delivery; a new idea of applying frequency control technology to a low pressure pipeline was proposed in this paper, which allows the pump to operate under the condition of constant discharge at varied pressures.
针对低压管道输水灌溉系统水井水量与电能利用率低的问题 ,根据低压管道输水灌溉系统的特点 ,提出应用变频调速技术使水泵实现“恒量变压”变频运行的设想。

According to characteristics of irrigation system of low-pressure pipeline,the optimal control area of low-pressure pipeline for facility agriculture was determined at 450~600hm2,basing on the optimizing of pipe network lay out with the optimization of pipe diameter.
