Aiming at the characteristic of pulse submerged arc welding process with change wire=feed system, the simuloting model was developed by the software of MATLAB/SIMULINK which consists of the main circuit simulation model, arc load system simulation model and arc changing system simulation model.
针对变速送丝调节系统脉冲埋弧焊的特点,利用MATLAB/SIMULINK软件对其动态过程进行了研究,建立了主电路仿真模型、电弧负载系统仿真模型及弧长变化系统仿真模型,并在此基础上形成了系统的整体仿真模型。
