The latent curing acceleration of the rareearth organometallic compound (MrAn) for the anhydride/epoxy resin system was studied by DSC, TG and rotation viscometer, etc.

Flame retardance and smoke suppression mechanisms of triphenyl phosphate (TPP) and zinc stannate(ZS) alone and together in the anhydride cured epoxy resin(EP) were studied by limited oxygen index(LOI), thermogravimetry analysis(TGA) and NBS techniques.

Through the parallel experimentation methods with the as-prepared resin based on epoxide-anhydride and dry mica tape and the VPI-impregnation materials supplied by international company,comparative evaluation was carded out.

In this article the influences of catalyst、reaction temperature and inhibitors on synthetic reaction of epoxy acrylic resin, and effects of various active diluents, photoinitiators, promoters and substrates on the film properties were discussed, the finalized formulation of UV-curing coatings was given.
