对于长度与直径之比大于25的细长轴,最难解决的是刚性问题,本例采用反向切削方式、一夹一顶装夹方法及蘑菇头销子增加刚性和弹性刀杆减小变形等措施,成功地加工出长径比达54的长丝杠,达到图纸的设计要求。
