复合材料破坏准则failure eriterion。f Compo-site materials判断复合材料在复杂应力状态下是否破坏的理论。又称复合材料失效准则、复合材料强度理论。二向或三向复杂应力状态可能有无穷多个应力组合,不可能由实验逐个确定各应力状态下的材料破坏条件。因此,需要提出破坏准则的假说,从有限个实验结果中给出任一复杂应力状态下材料是否破坏的判断。 常用的复合材料破坏准则是均质正交各向异性材料破坏准则。是从相应的均质各向同性材料强度理论推广而来。计有40多种。这类准则不涉及破坏机理,不作理论解释,只是为了拟合实验结果,故又称作唯象或现象破坏准则。 由于复合材料是细观非均质材料,本质上是结构物,它的破坏机理和形式复杂多样。唯象破坏准则的单一准则方程根很难对各类复合材料、各种复杂应力状态下的破坏形式都能满足。70年代以来,人们进一步探索建立复合材料细观力学破坏准则。它以组分材料性能作基础,并与破坏形式相关,对不同的复合材料、不同的破坏形式给出不同的破坏准则方程。这类准则有比较清楚的物理意义,更符合实际情况,对复合材料的材料设计有更直接的指导意义。 (张汝光)
