1、将羊肉，羊肚洗净，切成2厘米见方的小块；蘑菇洗净，一切两块；白菜薹洗净，切段；韭黄洗净，剁碎待用。
2、将白面粉用水发透，放入韭黄，食盐，揉成面团，用擀面杖擀薄，切成面条。
