In the certain design, we employ interleaved sampling ADCs to realize the sample rate of 2Gsps, adopt differential transmission to guarantee the signal integrity, use DDR SDRAM and programmable logic device to implement high speed data storage and bus interfacing.
设计中采用了并行交替采样ADC技术,用两个1Gsps的ADC通道交替采样实现等效的2Gsps的超高速数据采集,并在软件中通过数字后处理算法修正通道间的失配误差,提高系统的信噪比和有效位;对所有模拟和数字的信号传输通道均进行全差分处理,以保证信号在恶劣电磁环境中的传输质量;采用DDR数据存储技术实现高速的数据缓存;使用可编程逻辑器件FPGA实现低成本、高集成度的数据缓冲和总线接口电路;实现了PCI插卡的主设备功能和DMA传输功能,实现了高速的总线数据传输。
