火工品 initiating explosive devices 装有火药或炸药,受外界刺激后产生燃烧或爆炸,以引燃火药、引爆炸药或做机械功的一次性使用的元器件和装置的总称。包括火帽、底火、点火管、延期件、雷管、传爆管、导火索、导爆索以及爆炸开关、爆炸螺栓、启动器、切割索等。常用于引燃火药,引爆炸药,还可作为小型驱动装置,用以快速打开活门、解除保险及火箭级间分离等。 火工品中的炸药或火药,可由多种形式的能量如机械能(针刺、撞击、摩擦等)、热能(火焰)和电能等引发。为了保证使用安全并能适时可靠地引燃或引爆弹药,在弹药中往往以多种火工品组成一定的序列,称为传爆序列或传火序列。例如在引信和药筒中的火工品一般按感度递减、威力递增的原则排列,最后以较大的能量输出,适时可靠地引发弹丸主装药或药筒发射药。在引信的传爆序列中,火工品组件的种类和数量取决于对引信的战术技术要求。例如,弹丸的主装药量较大时,可在传爆管与主装药之间安置一个药量稍大的辅助传爆药柱;火帽与雷管之间距离较远时,可在其间安置接力药柱。电引信传爆序列的首发组件需用电雷管或电点火管等。火工品应具有适当的感度和威力,良好的安定性,作用可靠性和勤务处理安全性,以适应使用的要求。 |
