Influence of different substrate and various substrate temperature on surface morpholo-gy of gas-sensing thin film of a-Fe2O3 was studied by scanning electron microscope.

SnO_2 ink was prepared by sol-gel method, and SnO_2 gas-sensing thin films with different printing times were fabricated by printing ink onto the Al_2O_3 ceramic substrates with interdigital gold electrodes.

陈维敏，浙江海宁人。中共党员。大学毕业。1926年留学法国，次年转莫斯科中山大学学习，历任中央苏区工农剧社编剧，中华苏维埃政府机关报《红色中华》主笔，教育部副部长，中华苏维埃大学副校长，延安鲁艺副院长，华北联大文艺学院院长，北京军管会文化接管委员会副主任，全国文联秘书长，国家文化部办公厅主任，中央戏剧学院副院长。全国文联第一届理事、秘书长，中国作家协会常务理事，中国剧协常务理事，中苏友协理事。1931年开始发表作品。1952年加入中国作家协会。
