The result showed that the low-cycle fatigue cycle characteristic of the material is cyclic softening under the experimental condition and the softening velocity increases with the increasing of strain amplitude.
对利用驰豫-析出-控制相变(TMCP+RPC工艺)技术获得的800MPa级超细晶粒低合金高强度钢的低周疲劳性能进行了测试,并对其循环特性和疲劳断口进行了观察和分析,发现该材料为循环软化,而且随着应变幅的提高,材料的软化速率逐渐增大。

Analysis of cycle characteristics of 9Ni steel showed that,for all three kinds of heat treatment,there was no obvious cyclic softening phenomenon or cyclic hardening phenomenon at low strain amplitude;however, the fatigue cyclic characteristics of 9Ni steel were all cyclic softening at high strain amplitude,and in which it was most serious for QT1.
通过对循环特性的分析发现,三种热处理制度下,9Ni钢在低应变幅下都未表现出明显的循环软化或循环硬化现象;而在高应变幅下均表现为循环软化,其中热处理制度QT1循环软化最为严重。
