hefelliao zhong bozul一nshu huishou核废料中铂族金属回收(reeovery of pla-tinum group metal from nuelear fuel waste) 从核能装置产生的废液及废渣中进行铂族金属再生的过程。这种废料具有高放射性，回收过程中须采用高度自动化设备并采取严格的防护措施。回收的铂族金属产品除要达到规定的化学纯度外，还要达到符合放射性安全标准的水平。全世界运行中的核电站越来越多，例如1989年全世界运行中的核电站已达432座，总装机容量3.37亿kw，全年排出的辐照燃料元件中含铐37t，把15t，钉22.st。随着核电站的增多，这些辐照燃料元件将成为锗、耙、钉的重要二次资源。 放射性废液用碱中和后存放4~5年，使短半衰期放射性元素衰变完全并使溶液不再沸腾。此时主要裂变产物沉积于底部的淤渣中，而大部分艳、锗、把留在上清液中。用沸石从上清液中选择性除去高放射性艳后，得到含锗、把、锡钠盐和低放射性裂变产物的溶液。从溶液中回收铂族金属的方法有:(1)硫化氢沉淀法，使铐、把、钉呈硫化物形态回收，回收率分别为82纬、89%和43%;(2)甲酸还原法，回收金属形态的锗、把、钉;(3)离子交换法和溶剂革取法等。 从残渣中回收铂族金属，可将不溶残渣与铅和熔剂(BZO3或NaZB;O，)在io73K熔融，使铂族金属和铅形成合金，再用硝酸溶解合金除去铅，最后从不溶物中分离回收把、锗、钉，锗和把的回收率近100%，钉达80%(从残渣到粗金属)。 (田广荣)
