This paper introduces several main methods of position alignment in assembly with robots and proposes that the combination of passive and active accommodation methods on mating parts position alignment by applying extermal sensors is an effective and hopeful solution.

After the period of superficial passive acclimation,the construction of campus-industrialpark linkage mechanism needs to be dominated by active adaptation,and oriented by initiative,which can realize the long-acting linkage between campus-industrial park.
