| 长间隙击穿 long air gap，breakbown of 长空气间隙产生放电导致的击穿。长间隙一般指数米或十数米的放电间隙。随着输电电压的不断提高（由高压→超高压→特高压），如何确定架空输电线路和变电所的空气绝缘距离，已成为高电压技术中的课题。为此，必须研究长空气间隙的击穿特性。电力系统中，除正常运行的工频电压外，还要承受雷闪和操作引起的过电压。后两种电压波形是脉冲式的。长间隙击穿电压主要靠试验方法决定，需要规模很大的试验设备，费用很高。
