Study on the Performance Evaluation System of Networked Logistics Enterprise;

In recent years,most of Networked Logistics Enterprises have owned logistics service networks covering regional or national markets,and their sub-node companies are adept to regional markets or a certain industry.

Analyzing the forming mechanism of logistics informatization and the module of logistics,the paper establishes a logistics informatizational evaluation index system and combining fuzzy evaluation method with relevant data of China enterprise logistics information modernization,it shows an example of evaluation model and analyzes the future China logistics enterprise informatization construction.

It is concluded for freight forwarding agents to develop integrated logistics services in the fields of talent training, service network distribution perfecting, logistics information network and supply chain management, etc.

Based on OGSA (Open Grid Service Architecture), the paper defines the logistics information networks, provides a dynamic grouping model,describes the hierarchical structure of the model,analyzes the implementation steps of logistics information network dynamic grouping and resource sharing, and finally depicts the key IT of logistics information networks, such as middleware and security.

To build a Logistics Information Network has become an important application field of the "Information Superhighway" which has been actively promoted throughout the world.
