The manufacturing systems resource organization problem,modes and their corresponding characters were discussed and the performances of kinds of manufacturing resource organization modes were summarized.

In order to solve the problem of facility layout induced by resource recombination in flexible manufacturing systems,an object-oriented modeling method was proposed to construct the virtual prototype system of a flexible manufacturing system.

By using the advanced experience of higher-vocational education from some other colleges and combining the practical situation of our college, the writer of this paper makes some research about such questions as the macro management of higher-vocational education, the adjustment of internal organization and the reorganization of resources.
