Coating experiments were carried out to analyze the effects of different coatings on the performances of CF paper.
以活性白土、水杨酸锌树脂及两者按一定比例复合作显色剂,制备了三种不同的无碳复写纸下纸(CF纸)涂料,并进行涂布实验,分析不同涂料对CF纸性能的影响;实验表明,以活性白土为显色剂制得的涂料显色速度快、生产成本低,但涂料流动性较差、涂布量高、CF纸显色密度低、图像耐光性较差;以水杨酸锌树脂为显色剂制得涂料流动性好、涂布量低、CF纸显色密度高、显色速度快、图像耐光性好,但生产成本高;两种显色剂按一定比例复合使用,制得的涂料达到了降低原料成本、改善涂料流动性和提高显色效果的目的。

性质:简写为CFRC  由碳纤维与水泥净砂或砂浆所组成的复合材料。可用聚丙烯腈基或沥青基碳纤维和波特兰水泥或火山灰波特兰水泥为主要原料,为改善碳纤维与水泥基体的界面黏结,可掺加适量的辅助材料。若用长度为6~10mm、直径为15~20μm的沥青基碳纤维时,应使之在专门的搅拌机内均匀分散于水泥砂浆中,纤维的体积掺量可达2%~3%,用震捣法成型制品并使之经蒸压养护。当使用收缩率较低的水泥时,则可不经蒸压养护。用该法制得的CFRC抗弯极限强度和抗冲击强度,与石棉水泥相近,但容量较低(1~1.2g/cm3)并有较好的耐热、耐磨、耐蚀等性能以及电磁屏蔽效应,可应用于制作大尺寸的外墙面板与抗静电地板等。
