业务培养目标：
业务培养目标：本专业培养具备室内环境设备系统及建筑公共设施系统的设计、安装调试、运行管理及国民经济各部门所需的特殊环境的研究开发的基础理论知识及能力，能在设计研究院、建筑工程公司、物业管理公司及相关的科研、生产、教学等单位从事工作的高级工程技术人才。
业务培养要求：本专业学生主要学习建筑物理环境和环境控制系统的基础理论和基本知识，受到建筑设备系统之设计、调试和运行管理等方面的基本训练，并初步具备这方面的工作能力。
毕业生应获得以下几方面的知识和能力：
1．较系统地掌握本专业领域必需的技术基础理论知识，主要应包括：传热与传质、流体力学与流体机械、工程热力学、计算机、电工、电子、机械、建筑环境等；
2．较系统地掌握建筑环境工程、建筑设备工程的专业基本理论知识，并了解本专业领域的现状与发展趋势；
3．具有一定的室内环境及设备系统测试、调试及运行管理的能力；
4．初步掌握室内环境及设备系统的设计方法；
5．具有较好的自然科学基础及人文社会科学基础；
6．具有较强的工作适应能力及协作精神和自学能力。
主干课程：
主干学科：土木工程、水利工程
主要课程：传热传质学、工程热力学、工程流体力学、机械原理、电工与电子技术、建筑环境工程、建筑设备工程。
主要实践性教学环节：包括认识实习及生产实习、有关专业基础课的实验、有关专业课的课程设计、毕业设计等，一般安排40周。
修业年限：四年
授予学位：工学学士
