Based on commissioning experience of 300 MW utility boiler, the problem of unefficient attemperating water due to smaller control valve selection for the first stage attemperating water which lead to overtemperature of heating surface tube wall in superheating system was analysed, and the selecting principle of attemperating water control valve of 300 MW utility boiler superheater was given.

bo一dongsh{ranshaoqlt旧owen摆动式瀚烧器调通(steam temperature con-trol by tilting burner)调整嫩烧器的倾角以改变火焰中心位!,借以改变炉膛出口烟温来实现汽温调节的方法。一般多用于切向燃烧的燃煤锅炉中。嫩烧器上下摆动200~300时,炉膛出口烟温变化约110~140℃,汽温调节幅度30~4。℃。此种调温方法,主要用于再热汽温的调节,但燃烧器倾角改变时对过热汽温亦有明显影响。当燃烧器上下摆动时,对靠近炉膛出口的受热面的换热温差影响较大,其吸热量变化也较大,因此应将被调对象的受热面(再热器或过热器)布t在炉膛出口附近,可以获得明显的调温效果。 对于低灰熔点燃料,为了防止结渣,其调温幅度应加限制.对于挥发分甚低的嫩料,不宜采用此种调温方式。 在嫩油锅炉中,由于火焰较短,摆动燃烧器对炉膛出口烟气温度影响较小,调温效果不明显,故一般不采用。 摆动式燃烧器调温方式调节灵敏,不需增加附加受热面和功率消耗,是调节再热汽温用得较多的手段之一。
